Blog 62: Teens Worship?

Hey guys! HAPPY WORD WEDNESDAY!!! Today will be a co-post post between me and my friend, Kobi. Hi everyone! This is Kobi. I am so excited to be here! Now, lol🤣🤣, I am going to take Sarai’s part and say… Let’s get in to it!

Today we want to start with this question, “Why is teen worship important?”. Kobi, any thoughts? Teen worship is very important because we need to give our life and worship to the one and only God as Romans 12:1-2 says, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Wow, very powerful Bible verses. Thanks for sharing. To me, teen worship is very important because it can move other people around you to worship and it can make you feel alive and powerful. One of the most crucial and important parts of a person’s life is their teen years. Worship can get you through rough times and connect you and God in a way, that you never felt before.

Donnie McClurkin’s song called “That’s What I believe”, first few lyrics say this:

“Lord, you promised

If I keep my mind on You

You’d keep me in perfect peace, yes You would.

You’d keep me in perfect peace”

In your teen years, life can get more stressful. If we keep our mind on Him, our years won’t be as affected as they would be if He wasn’t our main focus. And if we do, we will have peace in the Lord. And THAT’s what Kobi and I believe.

We love you guys!!! Keep reading your Word and praying! See you all soon!!!! Bye!!!
